内蒙古贺兰山马鹿的种群数量及种群结构

为了掌握内蒙古贺兰山国家级自然保护区内马鹿(Cervus elaphus)的种群数量和种群结构,维护内蒙古贺兰山的生态平衡。于2017年11—12月,2018年4—6月、11—12月,2019年4—6月,在内蒙古贺兰山国家级自然保护区内,利用样线法对保护区内的马鹿进行调查,采用Distance R进行数据分析,估测种群数量和种群密度,并对种群结构进行探讨。研究发现,马鹿在2018年冬季种群数量最高约为2452(1678—3578)只,种群密度为3.705(2.539—5.048)只/km²,遇见率为1.943只/km。遇见率年际间变化不明显(F=0.12,P=0.986);混合群出现的次数最高,雄性群出现的次数最低,不同集群类型在不同季节的差异极显著(P<0.001);群大小在不同季节的差异不显著(P=0.132);雌雄比在不同季节中没有太大变化。     

种子行政执法自由裁量权行使之法律思考

国务院《全面推进依法行政实施纲要》明确规定了依法行政的基本要求，即合法行政、合理行政、程序正当、高效便民、诚实守信、权责统一。依法行政的本质是依法规范、约束行政权力，以防止行政职权的任意扩张或被滥用。合理行政在依法行政诸多要求中处于十分突出的重要地位，而在行政执法过程中其重要的一点就是如何正确行使自由裁量权问题。     

Screening of Probiotics Inhibiting E. coli K88 in vitro

The probiotics tested in the experiment were isolated from the intestinal of weaning piglets.The isolated probiotics and E.coli K88 were inoculated into the culture of intestinal porcine epithelial cell-1 (IPEC-1).The activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the supernatant was measured after incubating for 2.5 h.At the same time, the probiotics and E.coli K88 were co-cultured in vitro, the number of E.coli K88 was counted and the probiotics which could be resistant to the E.coli K88 were selected 2.5 h later.The results showed that the Lactobacillus casei and Bacillus coagulans could significantly reduce LDH activity (P<0.05), decrease the damage of E.coli K88; Bacillus coagulans could inhibit the growth of E.coli K88.At the same time, Bacillus coagulans could resist high temperature, acid and bile salt.The results showed that Bacillus coagulans strains had great potential as the application of probiotics strains.The methods could be used as a model of screen probiotics which could inhibit the growth of E.coli K88 in vitro.     

抗青枯病番茄砧木品种宝砧6号的选育

宝砧6号是以自交系Y0609-4-6为母本,自交系T0802-7-4为父本配置而成的番茄砧木一代杂交种。该品种为无限生长型,生长旺盛,茎秆粗壮,株型紧凑,高抗青枯病;与生产上主栽品种嫁接亲和性好,对果实品质、商品性无不良影响,作砧木嫁接栽培抗青枯病和抗早衰能力效果明显,嫁接种植田后期可延长采收15~20 d,增产幅度超过15%。目前该品种已成为资源车田、永福三皇等番茄产业基地嫁接砧木的主要应用品种,推广应用面积达400 hm~2。     

Hydrolysis and Condensation of Silane Agent for Metallic Surface Treatment

Novel surface treatment technique by silane film is developing for metallic anti corrosion and coat improvement. The key points, hydrolysis and condensation, for the stability of the Silane agent(SA) solution is investigated, and the effective factors of stability for silane agent solution and the relative rule are discussed. It is found that stability of SA solution is related to the temperature, pH, solvents, SA concentration and additive by studying the state of the solution and the conductivity-time curve of SA solution. Meanwhile, controlling factors and improving methods for SA stability are proposed to guide the practical application of metallic surface anti-corrosion treatment by SA.     

A Method for State Diagnosis of Grounding Grid

This paper discuses the method with which the corrosion of the grounding grid can be diagnosed .A grounding grid can handled as a circuit network. With the application of circuit network graph theory and the fault diagnosis theory of analog circuit and optimization, the fault diagnosis equations can be set up. This equations is figured out by Matlab, and the corrosion status of the grounding grid can be deduced from the result.     

Analysis of Causes and Impacts of Soft Budget Constraints of Enterprises Based on Dynamic Game for Three Players

This paper researches the behavior difference among government,banks and enterprises and how it affects soft budget constraints of enterprises and non-performing loans of banks based with dynamic game.The game model suggests that government will give banks some assistance and let them refinance enterprises,especially government has strong(incentive) to sustain SOEs in China's transitional economy.Banks will do it if the assistance from government is more than the loss from refinance enterprises.In addition the value of liquidation of enterprises and the new loans affect banks' refinancing old enterprises.     

虚拟制造技术在农机产品设计制造中的应用

在传统的农业机械设计制造中,产品设计周期长、费时费力,很难适应当今市场需求.应用虚拟制造(virtual manufacture, VM)技术研究开发农机产品,对于减少产品开发的盲目性、缩短研制周期、降低制造成本、提高机器的适应能力、增加机器的工作可靠性及延长机器的使用寿命具有非常重要的意义.为此,介绍了虚拟制造技术的技术内涵,讨论了它与虚拟现实、实际制造之间的关系,对虚拟制造技术发展概况进行了介绍,构建了农机产品虚拟制造体系结构;同时,分析了农业机械虚拟制造系统的构成,并以脱粒机械为实例详述了虚拟制造具体过程.

加入WTO对于我国农业及其生产力水平重要标志的农业机械化来说，是风险与利益并存、挑战与机遇同在。因此把握好“入世”的机遇，努力创造有利于农业机械化发展的环境条件，迅速提高我国农业牛产力水平，是我国农机化发展的重要基础，也是奠定我国农业国际竞争力的重要基础．     

烟气脱硫泵在我国农村小火电厂应用探讨

通过对目前我国农村现有的小火电厂现状进行分析,找出其落后原因以及对环境造成污染的因素.结合目前国家相关政策,对火电厂进行烟气脱硫改造,并通过对烟气脱硫泵发展和结构的研究,指出烟气脱硫泵在农村小火电厂技术改造中占有重要作用.
